Chili's Grill - Orlando

Incredibly delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. The loaded potatoes were absolutely amazing, and that street corn was simply to die for!

The Cajun Chicken Pasta had an Alfredo taste and was served cold. The garlic bread was hard and stale. The burger did not impress. The BBQ sauce lacked flavor and was overly greasy. The potatoes tasted bland and unappetizing.

We had dinner on a Sunday evening at one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando during our trip. It was a relaxing visit, and the restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel after check-in. I enjoyed a delicious Swiss cheese burger topped with mushrooms, while my wife ordered steak fajitas, which came with complimentary chips and salsa. Everything was super yummy and served promptly, which was great since we had an early flight on Monday. The waitress was friendly and provided helpful information about the menu, and the drinks were also quite good.

On my way home from work, I decided to place a to-go order. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes to receive it. When I finally got my order, the person attending to me was a bit indifferent. Once I got home, I was very disappointed to find that the food looked terrible! It appeared as if someone had already taken bites out of it. I called to express my concerns, but the person I spoke with wasn't very helpful in getting me a refund. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. Don't make the same mistake I did. It used to be great, but the quality has really declined in recent years.

The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the burgers are cooked to perfection, showing that care is taken in preparation rather than just focusing on delivery. I’ve encountered a few instances of overcooked items, but the staff handles these issues professionally.
