Longhorn Steakhouse - Orlando

The restaurant appeared quite clean, and our waiter was very friendly. There were five tables lined up next to each other, which made it seem like the staff was a bit overwhelmed. The food was good, with no issues, and the meat was cooked to the perfect temperature! However, the service could use some improvement. Our waitress seemed to be so busy at the bar that she forgot about us; our initial plates weren't cleared off the table, and there was a delay in receiving our appetizers. I understand she had a lot on her plate, but more attentiveness would have encouraged us to spend more money. The food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend giving it a try—I hope they can improve their service. I'll consider returning, especially since our waiter checked on us three times and was very pleasant.

This review has two parts. We had a wonderful dinner, but there were a few issues. I mention the problems because the manager, Jason, promptly addressed and resolved them. The steaks were overly seasoned, which was surprising, as this is the first time I’ve experienced this during my many visits to Longhorn. I don’t believe this is a recurring issue. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Once he arrived, I ordered wings as an appetizer, but he mistakenly brought me a plate of shrimp. He took it back and eventually returned with the wings, which were, as always, fantastic. For my main course, I chose the Parmesan crusted chicken with spiced rice and potatoes. While it was decent, the rice was under-seasoned. Overall, I've enjoyed some of my meals here, but not all, and I must say my service was quite disappointing.

The waiting period was 1.5 hours for our big party for a birthday party. we couldn't all sit together because of fire. some of the plates were not clean. food particles visible. the waitress was constantly asked to bring raw and serviettes, as she waited between us for several tables. when I had 9 people at our table, I felt cramped, especially when I saw that the dishes were not removed earlier. Finally, the manager came by and asked if we needed something. not a good choice for a large group, but highly recommended for couples or table of 4. just not this location. love eating?

We had to wait 20mins to get a table. The onions blooms too oily. We ordered the T bone steak medium and it was well done. Also the filet , we ordered it medium and it came well done and the potion of the filet was too small almost like a kids meal.
