It was a busy mall, yet there was no line; that should have been a red flag. The noodles were tasteless, the green beans were past their prime, and the orange chicken...well, let's just say if you sprinkle enough sugar on it, you might as well be eating a pile of worms. I will finish it since I paid for it, but I had to stop at Chick-fil-A to grab some sauce just to make it somewhat edible. I’ll never eat that slop at any location again!
The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff members are always friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
We ordered two entrees and a side. The chow mein, plantains, and potatoes were all quite good. The Thai spicy chicken and pepper chicken were also enjoyable, reminiscent of dishes from Panda Express. However, our fortune cookie was missing. For vegetarian options, boiled potatoes and plantains are available as sides, and the chow mein is vegetarian as well.
The service was absolutely incredible and as always the kids absolutely loved it. We always enjoy the food and we feel that it is very accurate to traditional Japanese teriyaki cuisine. The only downside is that whenever we order the combo meal, there isn't a drink included and often we just ask for some ice water or get a drink form any nearby restaurants. Apart from that, this is definitely a restaurant you'd want to eat at with the family.
