They do everything right here. From wines to the entrees to customers service to the atmosphere. Sydney,our waitress, was amazing. Very knowledgeable in the menu as well as the wines. Her attitude, service level and attentiveness are top notch. I definitely want to go back and dine there.Food: 5/5

At Vivo Italian Kitchen in Universal Studios Orlando, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Evan at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 11, promptly seating us. Our friendly and attentive waiter, Anferny, swiftly served us 11 refreshing glasses of water, which were much appreciated after a hot and busy day at Universal Studios. We had a moment to peruse the menu before 2 loaves of delicious white bread appeared, accompanied with butter. Once taking our orders, Anferny was quick to input our food choices into the system, as there was an almost seamless wait, before our food arrived before us. One thing I was particularly impressed by, was how all the waiters delivering our meals, knew exactly who to deliver each dish to, removing the common conundrum when food suddenly arrives at a table. Throughout the meal, Anferny would check up and make sure our meals were enjoyed by all. Anferny also had a keen eye on our drinks, as our drinks were being topped up at convenient times. Now, onto the food, WOW it was incredible, I ordered the Spaghetti Bolegnase, (of which I am considered a connoisseur, and have tasted many dishes around the world, Italy included), and it was fantastic. The taste of the pasta, the impeccable sauce, and the remarkable meat left me speechless. Following our meal, Anferny quickly removed our spanking clean plates, and presented the bill, as the youngsters were tired and eager to get home. I would highly recommend this dining experience to my fellow companions, as it was truly wonderful, I would also like to offer my highest praise to our waiter Anferny, as the experience was made even more magical.

We spotted this restaurant on the way into Universal so went back early evening to celebrate my grand daughters 10th birthday I just have to say the whole experience was outstanding. Beautiful Italian food and so fresh we all had something different). Good red wine for me. Service was excellent. I think we were lucky to get in as there were 9 of us so I'd say book a table its worth it. The best food we had whilst in Florida Priced around the same as here for a good italian.

Absolutely awful service! Such rude staff! We sat for around 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from anybody. When I politely asked a passing server if we could order some drinks he was extremely rude and accused me of attacking him! Luckily we left after his outburst. I definitely would not recommend taking your family here.

Absolutely amazing, great service and staff all freshly made and fabulous the wait is worth it. We reserved a table at the wrong restaurant and they were quite gracious.
