Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI have a strong sensitivity to pickles , so when I ordered I stressed this to make sure no pickle was in or near my sandwich, they accidentally put a pickle next to my sandwich and I couldn't eat it. My grandson was already eating so I just asked for a refund..The manager was awesome she handled everything with a smile and was very gracious about it..
Such great customer service provided by two women working there, one sweet lady at the register, and the other young lady who is AMAZING and remembers my unique request every time. That little extra comes a long way and makes me feel appreciated. These two should get recognition for working hard and being upmost professional. Thank you ladies :
I came in for a doordash and right away I was already feeling better about this firehouse subs. Every firehouse sub I have been to to either oder or pick up deliveries has always smelled inside there and not good service and wasn't as clean but this one is for sure the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest one I've been too! Makes me want to order from there now. And I thank Aleshia for sure for the amazing service, she greeted me so well and kept conversation instead of ignoring me like most, she was fantastic at her job!

The most horrible customer service they do not greet or acknowledge you when you enter they ignore you while you wait for online orders they don’t even announce the online orders you just stand there waiting then they don’t even wear hairnets which is nasty to be making sandwiches 5 people in the kitchen no one has a hair net or hat on. POOR FOOD HANDLING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
