Pizza Delight - Oromocto

From restaurant to lunch. My wife and I had the Donair/Salad food. The Donair was good with lots of meat and the Caesar salad was served nice and cold. Nothing excellent, but good food at reasonable prices. The waitress was pleasant. A good place for lunch.

Terrible decoration and atmosphere.... decorated, loud and the restaurant feels like just a few stands and chairs in an abandoned room...no decor and simply boring and something dirty or old looking. We should have everything you can eat buffet but most of the...time all tablets and steam table cans were empty!! Dessert was only pizza dough with a cherry cake filling above....and they put a pizza-size tablet for 80 people.... said it was a 10 minutes waiting for more!

I had her pizza at a group meeting and they were not bad, so shortly before my birthday my daughter and I decided to check them for a late lunch. We ordered a dish other than pizza mine was a seafood calcination zone with...Fries and my daughter was a chicken parm sandwich with a salad. My part was ok for the price, but for about $ 17.00 would have been on a salad plate. Both meals were made fresh, but best warm when it reached us and my had very little filling and the calz zone was ig. I hope it was just a bad day for the cook. Staff friendly, but a little eager, sat down was given menus and not 2 seconds later was asked what we wanted them to give us more time. 5 minutes later was asked again. My fork had not been properly washed either. The place is small and cozy, but the music was loud and could have been more in the background. I can try the place again, but not soon.

Maybe. I was pampered by growing up in a place where I could enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. This is the fast-close bad imitation. I gave him a second, third and fourth chance and still... Not a fan of her pizza, Alfredo, pizza and spaghetti with meatballs.

Have to say I'm not so impressed now with the remake of the Pizza Delight in Oromocto Mall. At my last visit the food was good as usual but it was the closing off of the new section in the back for a party and...cramming everyone at the front(old section) that was the problem. Plus under staffed as well, I felt sorry for them and the manager, they were running around like chickens missing their heads she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing there...I have to say if you see the back part of this restaurant closed off, turn around and go somewhere else. Esp. on a Friday or Sat. night! It's too bad, even Griffins Pub on base is much faster/better serviced.
