Not sure what the little rice crackers are Tacos, but they were delicious and also the rice cracker breaks the wealth of Takoyaki well. Definitely worth a visit.
The texture of Takoyaki feels a little like mochi, where there is a small stretchability when chewing. The interior is very airy so you can really taste the octopus. The sauce is also delicious. Quite different from Singapore.
Great street takoyaki! I tried the yuzu green onions, standard takoyaki and takoyaki sandwich. Everything was very good! As a plus, there is a small public area in front of the place which offers places to sit and enjoy your meal.
The egg and mayo one was delicious as everyone seems to say, but I liked the bonito flakes one better. To the left of the stand is an elevator where you can go to the second floor for seating.
We walked by early in the morning, and was very lucky to happen upon this spot and buy some takoyaki moments before the lineup formed. They have THE BEST takoyaki we tasted in Osaka. I loved the option for soy sauce instead of takoyaki sauce, which I don't fancy much. Wished I had bought more. My husband who dislikes takoyaki loved this, and ended up eating half. It's very cheap compared to all the touristy spots, and you get to walk through a hip neighborhood and eat your takoyaki in a park with the locals. Loved the experience!
