Arthur was a great waiter! He was funny, efficient and polite. Food was also great! Will be back!

Our party of five each enjoyed the experience. We have been there as a group on numerous occasions because it is such a wonderful dinning establishment. One of our party sent a steak back twice and the waiter (Chris) and the manager came over to apologize and ended up removing the food tab from his bill. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. From the moment we entered your restaurant we were catered to and our server Carl, was exceptional. The food was great.

Unfortunately the food was not good in any way. Very sorry to leave this review. We previously enjoyed happy hour with a limited menu. Food was inappropriately portioned, not cooked properly and felt like fast food dining rather than high end which would be suggested by the pricing. Steaks were expensive and tiny, fries few and cold, hors d’oeuvres hot, oily and not tasty. Hoping it improves. Staff tried their best to accommodate us which we appreciated.

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time experiencing Chop and it was amazing. The service and the food was amazing. Everything came out very quick. And because it was our first time, they gave us a free appetizer which was very thoughtful and made our experience that much better. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
