Montana Ogilvie should win the worse customer service title of all restaurants in Ottawa. I had dinner with my family, and my daughter 7 years old order a smoothie she couldn't really eat much of it. I asked the waitress on a disposable cup, so she gave me her Jus plastic cup with a cover to use. On the way out, another waitress who has nothing with us, points to the cup in my hand, who asks me into question when she catches a thief. I told her that her colleague gave it to me to fill our left. She said cup belongs to the store and she has to take it and put it in a paper cup. She took it from me and went to the kitchen and came with a paper bowl not a cup back. I don't trust what she put in there. But this place customer service is sooo bad that force, my first ever complain review write
When you dine at this restaurant, you can't go wrong with the ribs, especially since they offer unlimited sides. While there may be an extra charge for certain spices, the overall meal prices remain very reasonable. Additionally, the service has noticeably improved in recent times.
Yesterday I visited this place for lunch with my daughter and grandson. We ordered 10 ounces of Sirloins (Medium Rare) with Pepsis and the bill came to just over $1007. In the many years when visiting this place and other Montana sites, this is the first time I have been so disappointed. My steak was so tuffy and full of dimples that I sprayed my shirt with fat while I tried to see through this piece of leather. Both my grandson and I finished the meal with the steaks, half eaten. My side salad was far beyond its durability, consisting of the brown ends of romaine salad and no other. I didn't eat anything. I do not intend to revise this place and will look for other options when you go for Steak in the future. Instead of constantly getting new menu features, Montana might return to basics and return to the previous quality standard.
My wife and I usually order the ribs when we come to this restaurant, but this time I decided to try their steak special for $19.99. The special includes a 7oz steak, onion rings, a baked potato smashed in a bowl with various toppings, coleslaw, and 4 small doughnuts. It was an amazing deal and the food was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. Of course, my wife's ribs were also as delicious as always.
