Cafe Prague - Outremont

This restaurant is a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a light meal. It has a charming European ambiance and can get busy at times, but it's definitely worth visiting again.

Coffees are excellent! the atmosphere is friendly and warm. lunches are very good and varied.

Everything's good. Everything's fresh. It's joyous, friendly, pretty, and delicious. We want to sit at the bar to better feel the atmosphere of the restaurant. The friends go there to find themselves. no internet to promote conversation between friends. That's better. The coffee is perfect. The machine is well oiled. The boss of the st james should go to taste what a good coffee is. desserts, wonders (the salty bites) are quite delicious.

I've lived for the last three months in the Outremont neighborhood of Montréal, and this is my favorite cafe. It's like the perfect cross between a French cafe and a Prague beer/sandwich shop, with the best coffee I've had in Montreal, good beer and open faced sandwiches that are typical to Prague. There is also a featured menu per day from a different local chef. Do make a reservation if you have more than 2 people, and don't expect to open your computer, as this place is made for contemplation and conversation. Enjoy!
