Starbucks - Owen Sound

Two stars because some of the staff is remarkably outgoing.Some are quite aloof and a little short; I 'll be with you soon, give me a minute instead of I 'll be with you in a moment, thank you. The main issue at this location is sanitation. The tables and benches are always stained or covered in crumbs.Bathrooms...ugh!Of course, it doesn 't help when you allow caravans of the worst kind of tourists to use the bathroom without buying anything.

The staff are amazing. So friendly and very hard working. They make me love my coffee even more.And a shout out to Ana, who always makes sure Max gets his pup cup.

About The SERVICE: -1* The girls that works there never smile, the tone is most of the time as they are annoyed.-1*But what bothers me the most is that they manipulate food with bare hands.About SANITARY-1*And the girls and guys with long hair have NO NET! The girls wear ponytails but with Super Long bangs falling off in each side of their face which pend the food and drinks they prepare! Hair can fall with no net! And food should always be prepares with gloves in restaurants/ cafés and fast food places!ABOUT FOOD: The food is…ok if you like frozen reheated food…..I Guess…About DRINKS: the Hot chocolate is awesome as it is made with Dark Chicolate and the Macciato is delicious too!

Always happy faces working here! Drinks are made accurately and in a rapid pace! Always have to stop in when camping in the area
