After staying at this hotel nearly weekly for 10 months, I arrived to find the luggage I had stored over the weekend between stays had been stolen. Despite being told I would be reimbursed, I continue to await full reimbursement 8 months later. The manager never reached out to discuss the issue until after I completed the Marriott survey following check out. Due to the poor leadership of the hotel and the inability to trust the employees, I have to recommend travelers stay at one of the other properties in the area and avoid the headaches associated with stays at this hotel.
Very contemporary hotel with a youthful, urbane vibe. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Parking is free and in a covered garage. The hotel is quite close to a Baltimore Metro stop, making the urban experience easily within reach. Recommended.
Hey guys if you are thinking about staying at this Hotel please don’t hesitate! Book your room NOW! This Hotel was state of the art everything from top to bottom with top notch customer service! Harrison was a huge help and made sure my stay at the property was a 5 STAR experience I’m looking forward to visiting again soon! ?
I booked this hotel room for the weekend (February 24-26th) , on their website it says that you have to be 18 to check in. When I went to go check in I was turned away because I was not 21 and over. I was told a MONTH ago that I would receive a full refund since it was falsely advertised. I have called their offices multiple times within that time frame, to be told that the refund would be sent within 3-5 business days. I still have yet to receive my refund. I have also been told that I will be sent an email and no one has yet to get back to me. HUGE inconvenience and I am still fighting to get my refund. Don’t book this hotel, these people do not stick to their word.
This is a lovely new hotel with a few flaws. The alarm clock in our room went off in the middle of the night (housekeeping didn’t check to make sure it was turned off before we checked in. This also happened to another family member in our party. The room was somewhat dusty. In the morning, the restaurant was understaffed and they said it would be a long wait for breakfast, even though only one table was occupied. With more and better-trained staff, I would have given this hotel a much higher rating.
