The Pickled Walnut - Oxford

The Pickled Walnut is closed at the moment as it was on March 21st at 8.00 pm when my table was booked for!!!!!! Not a good booking system if the restaurant is closed!

Food is good but the waitress was rather rude so it rather put us off

Good standard of Middle Eastern food in a bright, cafe-style restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The meze dishes were generous in size and well cooked, especially the spicy sausages, Syrian dips and chicken livers. Good choice of wines. We were served quickly, which was welcome because we were going on to a gig and told the staff that we had limited time. We would definitely go back.
