Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe were here before we went to the Christmas market in Paderborn. Schnitzel, steaks and meat skewers came to the table, with appetizer salad and dishes. The frying potatoes crispy with onions and bacon, the potatoes to the point bite-resistant and the croquettes also nicely crisp. The plentiful portion of schnitzel was freshly sliced and juicy tender and also the other meat was exactly suitable. All in all good-bourgeois cuisine at a fair price. Who doesn't need much Tamtam is good here!
Were on December 8, 2018 for dinner in the woods as we had recommended. My wife and I ordered both carvings with mushrooms, I with cream sauce. After 1 hour of waiting, the salad came. My scavenger was completely dead, tough, the panade pappy, not to remember buttershmalz and the cream sauce was liquid like water. To my request to fry a new scavenger, came as the first reaction, scavengers are always fried. Right, but not so that they become more and more in their mouths. On my new request I got a new plate. Here was that Schnitzel overhaptnot plated, probably out of fear, it was again totzubraten. Thick like a thin chop came with mushrooms not properly roasted, sauce as before. If a large part of the map consists of carvings, I expect you to dominate it. If not learn or do other job. The salad was the first class. .r
Was with my family to Spargelbuffet, all great! Asparagus with bite, carving perfect, ham, salmon, everything okay!

After 2016 goose and a la carte again, depending on personal preference. Supplements of red cabbage, rose cabbage, dumplings and on a separate request roast potatoes. The goose was partly tough and the skin not always crispy, it is a satisfying kitchen performance. Service friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer correct. Over 30€ for goose dinner is already an announcement.
