Service slowWaitress did not come out to us after main course was served and the server didn't ask if we need anything.

We went to lunch and everything was good. the buffalo wing was great. we ordered them medium and it was just the right amount of heat. my man ordered the porterhouse and baked kartoffel and he was very satisfied with both. I have the bun and ripen with a baked potato. both kartoffels were perfectly cooked. our waitress was Mary and she did an excellent job! my man managed 7 year restaurants and was really impressed by their joy of our needs. she went beyond and beyond to make sure we had a good experience! we will definitely come back.

I have been eating here for years I usually have a great experience and love it. I came here on Tuesday night it wasn't very busy. We ordered the blooming shrimp , My wife ordered the Alice Springs chicken and I ordered the steak Queso and fried mushrooms. Our server was new this was not on him. I asked for mine to come out with my wife Entree. Her chicken was good. The shrimp was good. The chips that came with my queso had been out for a while they taste very stale. And my mushrooms were cold not even cool but cold. By the time we seen our server another time My Wife had already finished her dinner so there was no point in me trying to say anything back because we were ready to leave. He did attempt to bring me more chips although I did not ask for them because I was ready to go. There would be no point in taking new chips because by the time I got home and got through eating them they would taste just like the ones they brought me out of the kitchen not fresh. No other attempt was made to satisfy me as I did not touch the queso at all.
