Outback Steak House - Paducah

Wow my man and I went for our 21st annual day 13-2022 at 17:00 clock and it was absolutely amazing! the food was delicious! the steak melts in your mouth! guard off to cook! friendly waitress and faster service

Came tonight only to wait 40 minutes and no one came by to say hi. we called the load to say it, and the manager wasn't even interested. decided to go to texas roadhouse. eating and service are much better there. don't waste your time at outback.

I have been eating here for years I usually have a great experience and love it. I came here on Tuesday night it wasn't very busy. We ordered the blooming shrimp , My wife ordered the Alice Springs chicken and I ordered the steak Queso and fried mushrooms. Our server was new this was not on him. I asked for mine to come out with my wife Entree. Her chicken was good. The shrimp was good. The chips that came with my queso had been out for a while they taste very stale. And my mushrooms were cold not even cool but cold. By the time we seen our server another time My Wife had already finished her dinner so there was no point in me trying to say anything back because we were ready to leave. He did attempt to bring me more chips although I did not ask for them because I was ready to go. There would be no point in taking new chips because by the time I got home and got through eating them they would taste just like the ones they brought me out of the kitchen not fresh. No other attempt was made to satisfy me as I did not touch the queso at all.

My server was awesome. She was attentive and kind. Myself and the 3 others in my party all ordered steaks. Two out 4 were overcooked, 2 had hairs in it, though the manager thought the strand from my filet mignon may have been gristle (there 's no gristle in filet mignon . I wouldn 't have said anything as it was my very last bite but the manager was already standing there to take care of the other couple in my party. She offered to comp it and not question the hair/gristle I told her thank you and she didn 't have to but she did. I was grateful. The one steak that came out the way it was ordered and hairless was taken home as by this time she had lost her appetite. Other than the hair in filet, it was soft and tender like butter and had a wonderful flavor. The sides and salad were perfect, the bread warm and soft. Again, my server was top notch, though I do not remember her name (I 'm sorry! . If/when you go, check your steak temp and inspect for hair.

Here for dinner on the way home from mammoth caves. we live in the opposite and it was really good. during this visit, however, we were disappointed, the host (3) chatting on the podium seemed to be interrupted. our server always forgets everything we asked (e.g. a1 instead of ketchup) both steaks were overwhelmed and the rest of the meal was underwhelming. even my Caesar salad looked old. next time we go to texas roadhouse.
