Domino's Pizza - Palm Springs

Unfortunately, this location is extremely UNDERSTAFFED. It’s not the employees fault they are very nice but be prepared to wait 2-2.5 hours for your pizza to be delivered. I’m not exaggerating.

Worst order experience ever, they won’t let you carry out they won’t let you order out front and basically it’s the now 2nd attempt at domino’s pizza in Palm Springs but seeing as though they can not manage a team in order to save there lives, this is why I can not get a pizza here. Plus the guy was picking his undies under his shorts then handling the pizza was gross! But I still want dominos…. Off to cathedral city domino’s where they know how to handle that franchise!! Get ur act together before I give you a D rating and pull ur Franchise promotions!!

Chaos. Can’t handle the orders, 90 minutes behind and won’t answer the phone. To the good, they were polite and gave me 2 slices of pizza from someone else’s while I waited 5 minutes on-site just to cancel order.

I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt, but I can't lie this place is inconsistent on delivers and making a simple pizza. I order a specialty pizza and it never fails Dominos deliveries the pizza 45 to 60 mins later from the appointed time. They always have an excuse on their delivery times although I live less than 2 miles from their location. I get the idea they want to reimburse me for my order, but a medium 2 topping pizza isn't what I ordered. I prefer the company reissue the same order I made in the first place. A 5.99 medium two topping pizza isn't equal to a specialty pizza valued at 20 dollars. The drivers are rude some actually ask you for a tip. The staff is unprofessional when you call in to place a order. This establishment is weak, just weak. I refuse to order another 20 dollar pizza with a hole in it. New management is needed. This Dominos location in palm springs is a terrible reputation of the company. I'm sure if corporate knew about these awful antics things would change.

Placed an order an hour and a half ago, waited on hold for 10 minutes got put back on timea, called 11 times, no pizza, no customer service
