Brendon Bar & Restaurant - Palolem

The restaurant is located in a great beachfront location. However, the loud music made it difficult for us to have a conversation. In the end, we decided to go somewhere else to eat. It seems like the owners may not be aware of the volume of the music.

I stayed at a restaurant located right next to a beautiful ocean scene with my friend and family. The stay was fantastic, with lovely rooms and great service. There are some areas for improvement, but they went above and beyond by helping us arrange a cake in the middle of the night to make my friend's birthday special. They even set up a candlelit table next to the sea, making for a truly unforgettable holiday experience.

Whilst I have not actually been in Brendon I have certainly felt its effect. We were having, or trying to have, a pleasant dinner in Siral Presley resturant which is a good little resturant, review to follow. Unfortunately it is next door to Brendon. At...6.15pm Brendon started to play drum bass cranked up to max which sitting in the next door resturant still vibrated through my bones, in fact when we left you could still hear it 100 yds up the beach. This is just rude an extremely inconsiderate to all other resturants around. Avoid Brendon at all costs unless you like drum bass at max volume or have ear plugs.

Visited in a group of 10 and booked 5 sea facing rooms. Location is great and ideally situated on the sweeping beach. Staff really let this place down with their attitude and abrupt manner. We requested that all drink and food be out on 1...bill and we would pay at the end of the day. Every time something was ordered they requested payment. This was despite repeatedly asking for one total bill. Through the day we sat on the beds at the front on the sand. This was fine until about 4.30 when we were told we had to get up so that they could place some tables and chairs in their place. We tried to explain that we were still enjoying the sun and wanted to for another couple of hours. They were told we were eating drinking as we sunbathed, this was ignored and we were told that we had to move. After this we decided to eat and drink elsewhere. Also noted that everyone else had the same idea as the place got really quite on an evening. Some of the staff could do with learning to smile and appreciate we are where they earn their money. A bit of charm school and common sense could make this a great place to see. There are plenty of other places to stay in this area so would have over options to consider, all have equally great location and views. You will end up with more polite staff.

This shack is located on the northern side of Palolem. Brendons is a huge property with a number of beach huts along with a spacious restaurant right on the beach.The menu has good non veg options however the veg menu is limited.The shack has a...good number of sunbeds.
