Once again, I gave them a chance, the employees need to learn to read, this is the 4th time I have ordered table service, and they call out my name, I guess i should be thankful this time they called my name, most if the time tgey call out the order which I usually dont remember ! Brush up on your employees training, and show them how to read a ticket. I am disabled, and there is a reason I use tge tableside delivery! One day I won't come back.
The food for the most part is usually fresh when we go, and the line moves fast compared to other places in town. My complaint is the iced coffee, no consistency. Some days great, most days awful. Seems that the cold brew is watered down, so when they add the creamer and syrup it dilutes it even more. They need to brew the iced coffee stronger, because when they add the ice and it melts, you now have diluted cold brew. (Sometimes when it's not watered down, it's perfect) They need to be more consistent. Especially when we are in a hurry to get to work in the morning and get stuck with watered down iced coffee. Makes for a long work day without my coffee.Also edit to add: as i'm scrolling through other reviews I noticed the owner has not responded to a single review, that tells me, maybe the reviews are not important to them as long as they are making money??
Got a curbside order today and I have to say it was amazing.the fries were fresh and the staff was polite and explained where my son's sauces and straw was.
I personally work here so the coolest place is the Freezer, but that is just the employee sour note. It is a pretty good place to work.
