Salvaje Costa Del Este - Panama

A restaurant and a bar which occupies the whole building. The view overlooking the skyline of Panama city was amazing. The atmosphere is pretty good and food was okay. The service could have been better, though. Our food arrived but didn’t get the chopsticks and/or cutleries for more than 5 minutes. They didn’t have a cold beer and had to chill them in a bucket of ice. It’s a nice place to chill though.

Hip and eclectic ambiance. Perfectly cooked and seasoned steak, served over a mini ceramic oven with it's own coals. The creme brulee was probably the best I have ever tried. My only complaint is that everything was quite expensive, even for American prices. It's one thing to pay more for quality food, but the drinks were also overpriced. All things considered, I would visit again.

Definitely on the trendy side. Présentation of the dishes are also A+. Had their version of Pina colada and that was also A+. However their beef ramen was overly salty and the base was greasy. Definitely did not agree with me. Otherwise their sushi was fresh. Stick to that. Oh and stay away from their pizza also.

Nice location. Beautiful building and rooftop views ands set up is worth the walk upstairs. The restaurant is tight. Make a reservation. Menu is interesting price vs portion might not be. However we were here to taste. Appetizers Duck rice Rib baos Sushi Poke bowl =can't remember the exact name Tempura shrimps Main course Ribs 2 different fish dishes and salmon Desserts 4 different options Tortura, tres leches, cheescake and other Paired with wine Least impressive and not well prepared were the ribs which were meant to be smoked. As we asked the waitress no satisfactory feedback was given. The fish that they take the skin off at the table was the best dish. The dessert were way too sweet but very tasty (just a personal preference) ensure you share the tortura as it is quite large. The least expected was that none of the dishes come at the same time for all the guests which makes it awkward for everyone to have to eat alone. For the category of this restaurant you expect this kind of service. At the end the waitress nearly demanded the tip to be given directly to her as she said the restaurant keeps the money and does not shares the service share. Also not a nice feeling as a guest. Presentation wise impecable. Loved it. Elaboration and the quality and creativity was really impressive. That I really liked. I am quite a nerd on this matter but congrats on the way of presenting your dishes you can eat your food at a good temperature the entire time as you have the charcoal heating without affecting the dish doneness. It is a place with great potential hopefuly they can match their service, dishes delivery and taste simultaneously. Good luck) Not all pics available or with good quality

More amazing place that offers a fusion style design that fits perfectly for a romantic dinner as well as for a company. the eating is excellent, a vegan I have always difficulty in panama to find a place that not only offers me salads, the champignon dumplings were delicious, there is a vegan and a vegetarian sushi for which as I am not in the fishing, friends who told me anyway, that is amazing, the pfeffer tempura is on the other world, and the Curflowry is unconventional. the service is great and good over the standards of panama. for lunch they have a very comfortable offer, the box lunch, which includes various dishes.
