If you get a plate you can order a combo with crab ragoons a 16 oz. Drink. Usually quick and polite service. RecommendedUpdate: still pretty decent. But they stopped serving side's of chicken breast. And last time I went a few months ago the staff was pretty rude and short with everyone. That's why it's bow 3 Stars ? instead of 4
They don’t follow instructions well o asked for my beef WELL done and they made it medium rare I asked for extra rice to macaroni and they have me 1 scoop of rice! Make sure to check your food before you leave
TERRIBLE service. I ordered one order of spam musubi. ONE. And SEVERAL people who ordered full on entrees were getting their meals before me. Pretty much wasted my lunch. I kindly asked where my order was and the excuse was they ran out if receipt but how did the people who ordered after me get them then? Just be honest and know that people are usually on their limited lunch breaks. Then I realized they didn 't put a sauce in my bag so I went back in and they asked that I pump it myself even though I waited super long. It 's not hard to let someone know you forgot to put in the order. Bye.
I don’t like writing bad reviews but this staff on this branch gets on to my nerve. I order online 09/03 and pickup at this location before noon time. The lady in the pickup and cashier area is not nice and no customer service skills. I just ask nicely for more bbq sauce because she only put 1 sauce for each order (I order total of 4 full plates) and it’s not enough and the sauce container itself is not even full just 1/4 of sauce… what a joke ?. She gave me extra 2 and when I ask for more she said I put a lot already in the plastic bag … really 4 with less sauce? In other branch the sauce is a self serving and you can get as much as you want. I recommend you just to go to other branch if you can.Ono Hawaiian Supervisor/Managemnet please train or teach your staff a good customer skills especially with this COVID-19 Days you need a customer to patronize your business to stay on business.Thank you.
HORRIBLE customer service from Nicole. Its one thing to have a shitty attitude but to argue back and fourth with a customer is absolutely unnecessary. Talking bad about customers right in front of them thinking they don 't understand Spanish doesn 't make the situation any better also. I understand if you had a long day of work but that doesn 't mean you could treat your customers horribly. So sad to say this isn 't the first time we 've had a bad encounter with Nicole, busy or not busy she always has the same shitty attitude. If you can 't handle the pressure of a busy restaurant, nonetheless answer simple questions without giving attitude right away then you need to find a job that doesn 't require any type of interaction with guests. Not sure if the woman I spoke to was actually the manager or not, which I 'm sure she wasn 't, but just having a talk with someone that is giving that type of service to someone in your face should 've been taken a lot more seriously. Instead you go in the back and tell the young chubby nosey male cook in the back about what 's going on while he laughs about it in front of the customer, yet again. Nonetheless this isn 't the first yelp complaint about Nicole, if that 's even her real name since everyone was so hesitant to give me her name. The only somewhat helpful employee there was Ana. Aside from her I 'm surprised that management keeps unprofessional employees like this around.
