There are only 3 small salons with the most beautiful and stylish decor. The chef is a wizard and every dish was perfection. Honest French cuisine without too much fuss, each dish perfectly balanced and gorgeous presentation. The service was perfect without being stuffy or overbearing. A totally amazing wine list with vintages to die for but still with plenty of affordable selections.
We had dinner in this family restaurant for my wife's birthday. the frame is sumptuous, the service millimetré and without false note. all servers are courteous, smiling and patient. We gave our preferences and allergies to the servers and then we were guided by the inspiration of the leader! We were not disappointed! the dishes are tasty and original. We had a great time.
After returning from two weeks vacation in France and dining at several 2 and 3 star restaurants, my wife and I felt compelled to mention how special our dinner was at this stylish restaurant. We decided to have wines by the glass and the sommelier matched each of our three exquisitely prepared courses beautifully.. After our dinner, we were delighted to be offered to visit the kitchen and meet the chefs. concluding with a photo with the chefs, the staff and us all together.Thank you for a memorable evening and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.
Le clarence is in the europese o.a.d. list 2017 on the 126th place. They're having an attractive lunch offer, which is naturally relative. The restaurant is in a beautiful old building in a side street of the Champs-Elysees, a very valuable location. We're talking about 65, three courses, what if you want to get more extremely fast? 4 corridors 90, 5 corridors 190, and 7 corridors 320, no type mistake. We reserved for lunch on Thursday. We arrived a little before 12:30, and we were asked to look into their wine cellar, nice. This one's on the other side of the entrance, it's actually more of a wine store that's partially climateed with fancy wines and other drinks, and here we were escorted to the first floor of a royal rapist. Everything here is luxury, high ceilings, pressure floor covers, art on the walls and pressure walls. tables are double-crossed with fine ribbons, precious chinas, silverware and couverts of Christian malmaison, wow. The red velvet-dressed armchairs were comfortable. We got a table central in one of the rooms right in front of the county where there's a big mirror with gilded list. On the look of a very nice lode area the 16th pendula. We like this, great. As aperitific as a white wine, after listening to what was offered to take the house wine. We went for the three-way menu, after studying the wine card, I decided not to go for the winery. wines per glass go from 10, one to 155, so averages fast 25, per glass. I have to say, the wine card is pretty one-sided. Mostly chateau Haut-Brion in white and red with prizes in car showrooms are common. I got a white plateeaux clarendelle inspired 2015 on the Haut-Brion, nice aroma and fresh. The first few minutes of everything, soup stains, and a three-time amuses came on the table. Current ravioli with a filling of vegetables, very special. A macheron of cheese, very good. And a gratinated shell, a delicacy. After this, an excellent brioche. A silver car with bread was hit. For each other two pieces of delicious bread and a bowl of salted cream butter. The first corridor came relatively fast, but preferably three different preparations. Roll of raw sea bass filled with cream cheese in a delicious sauce based on anchovies, on branches of sea tray and next to pieces of white strawberry. The second preparation was from eggplant in a garlic sauce with a slice of green tomato, processed with a yellow flour, very delicate. Another bowl of bouillon from eggplant in which fresh flower leaves. All very sophisticated, it was possible to combine the willingness. (9.5) The beef we dropped, we got fish for this. A piece of bar Ikejime with a shrimp from palamos, which is a green herbs sabayon. separately served a zucchini flower filled with a mild crème of polenta laid in an ink-ink-colored sauce, on an open-minded sardine. Also refined tastes. The clarendelle combined well. (9,4) The dessert was synchronized in three rounds, fun. Millifle like I've never eaten it. The topping was delicious of taste and beautiful salts, underneath a vanilla cream with a bullet of crisp foam in which liquid caramel, there were three more layers of different hours, a masterpiece, great. There's a bowl of fresh fruit with marinated fruit at the table with a light peach syrup. Unknownly good. To refresh another quenelle ice of red fruit, you should enjoy it. I even liked this place so much that it deserves a place in my top list, compliments. (9,88) service was big class, in my experience *** level. We've consumed liquor this time, these can double the account quickly. Fortunately, there is for the less shared foodies who want to experience a very luxury experience the attractive priced 3 courses of lunch. It's a shame that the wines per glass were above my budget, as alternative, are, by the way, establish some consistent bottles. Not too minor, great to have had this once.
Very beautiful establishment, ideally placed, very elegant frame, omnipresent staff that meets the slightest request, refined cuisine, all to have a very good dinner!
