Matière à... - Paris

This Paris newcomer has a tasty future ahead of it. We ate well on our recent Paris trip but Matière à won us over.

I really wanted to try Matière à during our one week in ParisWe arrived 15 minutes early and politely waited for them to open.

Very nice lunch experience at this new little place near the canal.

A large table for a friendly meal around a modern, creative and original kitchen. discreet, efficient and pleasant service. Thank you for this experience.

Visited during a short stay in Paris, with friends. the place really surprised me in a positive way: - small nice place (better to book,) with one table for all customers - really super menu, with a limited number of choices (and I think almost every night) - quality ingredients and very elaborate preparations - excellent selection of wines - attentive and prepared staff - good ratio quality price (menu tasting - entrance, meat dish, fish dish and dessert - to 46€)
