Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI must say that this restaurant uses ingredients of bad quality, clearly visible in sashimis and sushi, at incredibly expensive prices. It is very disappointing that the poorest Japanese food is served under the name Nobu in the best place in Paris.
The place is beautiful, the service is also excellent. The kitchen is perfect, a real treat.
An unforgettable culinary experience thanks to Ousmane Note: Recently, I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Matsuhisa Paris restaurant, and I must say that the experience was sublime, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ousmane, our server. As soon as we arrived, Ousmane welcomed us with a warm smile and a contagious energy. His extensive knowledge of the map and his personalized recommendations made our choice of dishes both easy and exciting. He has perfectly balanced professionalism and friendliness, making us feel like branded guests. What really distinguished Ousmane is his attention to detail. He had a natural talent to anticipate our needs, bringing refreshments at the perfect time and adjusting the lighting to create an ideal atmosphere.
Solid 4 The food is quite average, nothing too special. Sushi below average (with other Nobu , inputs above average, steak and shrimp for main dish were rather medium The service is correct (better than other places in Paris of course The atmosphere is great and you feel the energy of the hotel that was full to crack for fashion week (the famous stairs where all people take pictures are nearby PS: the bento box was a delicious surprise
An unforgettable discovery. We had taken the OMAKASE menu for the whole table, and enjoyed each dish. By passing fish carpaccio to sushi, we discovered flavours that we did not know. A great Bravo to the Chef and his brigade for this wonderful culinary discovery. We highly recommend.
