McDonald's - Parksville

The service was up to par with what you would expect at a typical McDonald's, but I wouldn't recommend dining inside. We visited at 12:30pm on a Friday and noticed that around 85% of the tables were dirty with food and fingerprints from condiments. Additionally, the garbage had not been taken out in a while. However, after a brief update, it seems that everything had been taken care of - perhaps it was just the rush of noon that caused the initial issues.

I found some paper in my egg McMuffin. I suspect it was the wrapping for the sausage. I'm not entirely sure how much I accidentally swallowed.

Just another MacDonald’s, but not complaining. The usual fare, the usual good service, nicely air conditioned. No reason I could find to not return.

Not exaggerating at all , order is always wrong here.Including last 2 times ordered an egg McMuffin without meat and they have meat in it but no cheese.Anyone ordering here needs to check order before they get home/drive away.Thankfully last time we checked before driving away since they forgot a burger (even though charged for it)Last 5 out of 5 orders have been wrong, don't think it takes too much education to get orders right so not sure what's going on at Parksville McDonald's

24 hour drive through is never open. 5am to 11pm is incorrect. Update your hours! It’s been over a year that this has been happening. Staff doesn’t care.
