We checked in and then waited in our car for nearly 15 minutes before I just went inside and asked for it. It was just sitting there on the shelf, getting cold. And the cashier didn't care one bit, just handed me my food without a word. Then we ate it and it wasnt even that good, which was dsappointing we love Jason's Deli, but not this one.
You have a manager Christina that works for your organization that I don't even know how she can claim to be a manager. The most disrespectful individual. She truly has no clue about customer service. Will never ever eat at another Jason's deli again off the service that I received from this mgr and will ensure everyone that I can spread the word too will never eat at a Jason's delli as well. Terrible service and not a care to make it right
My husband and I ordered both ordered a bowl of soup. People we came with ordered 10 minutes after us and got their food. After 20 minutes my husband went to the counter to find out where our order was. It was still hanging up and they had slid it back so it was behind about 15 orders that were placed after ours. They moved the order to the front so it will be done immediately another 10 minutes went by we still didn't have our soup. Our friend went to the counter and and they said it would be the next order. It took over half an hour to get two bowls of soup.
California combo with fruit. Delicious, large sandwich, fruit was fresh and good price
