Monarca Ice Cream - Pasco

Crepe and many flavors of ice, many other interesting deserts.

One of the girls on the staff was very rude and holding the mood was unwilling. I ordered a crepe and when I asked her, chocolate syrup and powder sugar on top is what I got. Powder sugar on paper instead of on the actual crepe.

Excellent food. Friendly ladies. I loved my food and the service thank you.

Went to Monarca ice cream , the one in Pasco and the customer service was horrible. The girl didn’t know what I wanted when I said can I have the coffee , when it was clearly on the monitor . She said we don’t serve coffee and when I pointed it

Their crepes were outstanding. FYI! Staff had a hard time understanding English but you just got to point to the menu and they get you some amazing treats for your mouth.
