Chantilly Pastry Shop - Passaic

I found the products to be good, but I'm not fully convinced about the customer service. While I've seen some glowing reviews, I have my doubts. I've visited the location in Passaic, NJ, several times and noticed a woman at the back of the store, near the ice cream freezer. Her customer service was lacking, and her body language was quite uncomfortable, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, it became clear later that she was the owner. I remember when they were located on Union Avenue in Paterson, where the focus seemed to be on customer service and humility, likely because the parents were in charge at that time.

Pedi un cake 3 leches con frutas el dia de ayer por el dia de las Madres y hoy voy a recogerlo y me dicen que ya lo recogieron que me pueden dar otro pero sin frutas. Desastre TOTAL. UNA VERGÜENZA LA DUEÑA SE LA AGARRA CON LOS EMPLEADOS QUE NO HACEN FIRMAR LOS RECIBOS CUANDO VIENEN A RECOGER. Me devolvió el dinero. Y encargué un Cake domicano con frutas y Dulce de Leche. Riquísimo y más Barato. Chantilly
