St. Regis Café - PAUL SMITHS

During our visit, we had a friend from England staying at our country house at Chateaugay Lake. My wife and I are native Montrealers with over 50 years spent in the beautiful upstate New York, where we met at age 12. We know good food when we taste it, and this place delivered!

The St. Regis Café is an excellent choice for lunch on the campus of Paul Smith's College. The meals are prepared and served by dedicated students who truly put in the effort to make the dining experience enjoyable. The food is not only delicious but also served in sensible portions—small and delightful. It's remarkable that you can enjoy a well-prepared three-course lunch for just $15. They also offer a selection of wine and beer. We recently hosted a friend from England at our country house by Chateaugay Lake. The quality of the food and service was exceptional. The entire experience was flawless.
