Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy wife can only have Gluten free food and Burtons has a totally separate cooking area just for Gluten free meals. Most places don't separate gluten free preparation facilities. The chef who prepares the gluten free food actually delivers the food on separate plates (square for gluten free, round for regular). My wife really appreciates that. They go out of their way to accommodate gluten free people. Have never had a bad experience. Food is always excellent and filling. Have had most things on the menu more that once. Love the shrimp/lobster in gluten free pasta my favorite meal (and I am not gluten free). Have had the regular hamburgers myself and I like them.
My recent trip #3 was worst than the previous ones Waitstaff is very friendly but service is super slow. Told waitress of my allergy manager came out to confirm but they still put it on my foor apologized but by the time my food came well the rest of my party 4 were done the food looked awful bronzed fish was pure white with globs of something shinney on it oil?? very unappetizing and on a macdonald 's size hamburg bun for $13.00?? I told waitress i would take this 'lunch ' home and asked for the check 3 times I asked for the check what she brought was a dessert menu!! Manager came again I asked for the check again asked and finally got it left that lunch as the sight of the fish made me sick one member of my party had fried fish sandwich on macdonald 's hamburg bun) asked for tarter sauce 15 minutes it arrived she was about done . I did not pay for my meal but with tip $84.76 for 3 hamburg/fried fish 3 sodas OUCH if they are charging $13.00 for hamburgs at least get a better rolls
