One of the nicest theaters I ever been too, very upscale, great customer service, eat nice prepared meals drink alcohol while watching a movie. Nice seating that reclines, waitress bring all food drinks to your seat. Kinda on the high end side but I'm willing to pay for quality service..

The theater is fine but if you are going for the full experience which includes the food, it’s very weak. They were out of 50% of the menus items, (I ended up not eating) The ordering process is horrible. Order at the counter then wait to have it delivered to your seat, only to find there is a server taking order at your seat. An hour into the movie I was still waiting on a cocktail. The whole thing was a cluster F&@k.

I’ve been here 3 times trying to give it a chance but same result! The staff Is slow! And never try to make things right! Get there 30min early order food and it doesn’t come out all together. We were 40 min into the movies until we got all the food and I had to go out and get it myself and walk back with a huge serving tray to my seat again missing the movie. The female bartender is rude and slow as hell! She told me I could get my drinks from the concession booth to get me out of her face. Mind you my movie has already started I waited at concession for 5-10 min they’re like NO she lied you have to get it at the bar I go there she is laughing serving her friends for another 10 min. The service is a pure joke. Eat before or bring your own food or don’t go!

My fiance and I had our date night on 09/03/23 and everything was really nice. The movie started 2. We we seated and served immediately. We both ordered cheeseburgers?, fries? and soda.? We were served my a different young man who seemed very nice. We asked for condiments and napkins but we never got any. We waited for the young man to come back but her never did.??‍We never saw him or anyone else again.? Luckily I had a few wet wipes in my purse. The had started and we didn't want to get up and walk around so we just ate the burgers as is. Had we known the young man wasn't going to come back, trust me he wouldn't have gotten a tip.FYI... Make sure you get your servers name before he/she walks away after bringing your food because I seriously doubt you'll ever see them again ??‍

Great date night spot since it’s in a plaza where you can hang out afterwards. I was recommended the chicken bowl. It was a little sweet for me but was pretty good. Not $22 good but it was good. The fries were not worth 10 bucks. Definitely don’t get the fries. Overall, a clean theatre. Food came out quick and service was good.
