Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFirst visit 2/7/2022. Drive-thru for lunch. Customer service was great, food was lacking. Little to no flavor in the meats. I had jalapeño sausage and sliced brisket with potato salad sweet potato fries. The pink lemonade was really refreshing.
Picked up dinner on Thursday at the 288/South Fwy location. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, we checked to see if we had all of the food, we did and left. When we arrived home, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dark, hard, and crunchy.Burgers were overcooked and on the wrong bun, onions were not grilled, one burger had excessive amounts of mayo. We called thenight manager, took him a bit to come on the line, he requested that we send him pictures of the food. We did. He asked if wecould come back before 9 pm to bring the food back. We explained we were 20 minutes away and couldn 't make it before 9 pm. Hesaid he 'd share the picks with the general manager who would call us the next morning. GM says sorry, you should have brought itback last night. We explained they would be closed before we could make it back that night. GM said we should have checked thefood before we left the restaurant. He offered no apology and was rude and condescending. Message well received! If you 're notprepared to do his mgmt. team 's job for them and ensure his staff properly prepares your food. (Now I 'm quality control) or maketwo trips to his slow food drive thru, Keep driving!! 2nd time this has happened. I 'm done thanks
I was very disappointed with this restaurant. My family and I have been coming here for years, but they consistently mess up our orders. This time, the burgers were overcooked, making the meat tough and dry. A few months ago, they actually burned my burger, which is why I no longer order them. However, my family wanted to give it another try. Paying $9 for an overcooked burger (not including the meal) just isn’t worth it. There have been numerous occasions where they forgot items from our order, including once when they missed an entire meal. Last year, we ordered a party package for $300, and they forgot to include the chicken and brisket. We did speak to the manager and eventually received the missing items after a 45-minute wait. It’s disappointing to see a lack of quality in Pearland.
The food was good, and the customer service was pleasant. We took our meal to go, but I noticed that they weigh the meat instead of selling whole cuts and cutting them in front of you.
On a good day, I would give this place 5 stars for the BBQ. However, I'm only giving it 2 stars because my mother and I shouldn't have to modify a meal that cost nearly $200.
