The lady who took my order could not speak well English or understand and we went into circles trying to get my order right. In the window, a cashier/translator told me it would be $10 plus change. I questioned the costs because I ordered a 16 piece and a 3 piece. He spoke to the lady who took my order (in Spanish) and told me it would be $42 and change. He left the window again, returned and said, “The ladies said that you cannot add any elements in the window”. I explained that I didn't add anything, and it was indeed the first thing I ordered, besides repeating the order 3-4 times. We argued back and forth, I told him that they were not true and he basically called me a liar. I left Irate, went to the Shadowcreek site and the same order was eight dollars less. There was again a communication problem because this person, whose first language is English, did not listen to me, repeated the order 3-4 times and still misplaced. This cashier just corrected the order gave me my food and I went home with my order and $8 extra in my bag. Please put employees who speak English and fully understand the speaker to order and customer-oriented platforms. Train them that they are hired to serve customers and without us customers, Popeyes would have no purpose and they would not have a job.
Went thru the drive thur and placed a order for spicy crispy chicken and got where i was going tried to call several time no answer and also spoke to the manager and she said i cant replace but one of you order repeated my self several time about the order over the iner calm but only replace one chicken after i thew the other one othe the window oh the car yesterday popeyes staff need training
I loved it here workers very friendly I went for my lunch time and they made my lunch time great my food was ready fast. I was by myself and Antonia made me company which that was so nice of her. Highly recommend for a fast food restaurant!
The customer service need major improvement.I'm used to a greeting, like Welcome to Popeyes may I take your order.In addition to the half apology given by the cashier I was informed I could not add an apple pie to my order before paying at the window.That's new news to me but I adhered to it.Maggie I think was the name of management on duty.It's a reason Chick Fil A is number one. They simply treat people like they appreciate them.
I recently went to this location again and was disappointed once again. I tried giving this location another try and was once again let down. We spent about 30 on 10 piece mix/spicy, large Mac and Cheese, large red beans and rice, 5 biscuits, large fries. The chicken was mostly breading, there was barely any beans in the red beans and rice, and the fries looked like a regular size. What took the cake was how rude the manager was when I asked for sauce. I literally asked for 2 sauce and she proceeded to say you can't ask at the window and they cost .45 each. I had to get out of my car and go in for sauce and pay for it even though I ordered a 10 piece. She was extremely rude and seemed like I was holding up the line for 2 sauces that are literally in boxes near the register. To top that I went in to get my sauces and she gives the man in front of me sauce for free. Seriously. Won't be going back there.
