Contribuir a la retroalimentación*UPDATE* 10/23/22-This location has hired some new people and now the wait time isn’t as long, the foods hella hot, and they don’t mind working at Popeyes, so you get a FRIENDLY DISPOSITION!! ?? so I’m gonna give them 5 !!Always a busy location but the foods pretty good and hot.
Poor customer service. Only because my order was messed up. Ordered a 12 piece family meal with only dark meat. By the way because of that the price was more than the advertised price for that count. Get home I realized that it was majority breast in my box. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager she apologized and told me that my next order is in them and I can come up there anytime to replace the order. I said thank you and listed her name the receipt and saved it for the next time I wanted Popeyes. Fast forward a month later. I have a taste for Popeyes and ready to go get my replacement meal with my receipt in hand. I called the restaurant and they told me they can’t replace it. They only hold receipts for 1 weeks. I mentioned that the manager should have told me that. I have a problem with that. Honor your managers word with the customer. Tell the customer you on have 1 week. Mark the customer name down with the receipt number when you promise them meals.
Rude staff. Ignore customers until the line builds up. Then they pick and choose who was next. The manager didn't really seem to care. Take some pride in your work regardless of what it is. PATHETIC SERVICE.
My husband ordered food here on 08/08/2022 and received our food when eating we realized that in the middle of the chicken sandwich was raw. Didn’t pay much attention to it warmed it up and ate it. My other family members were so hungry so finished the food without paying much attention to it. At late night after we ate the food we started having diarrhea. I mean bad diarrhea before we knew it all of us fell really sick the next day following vomiting. We went on being so sick for almost 4days. But my husband could not get better because he couldn’t keep anything down . He suffered kidney failure and acute life threatening infection. We tried to reach out to the restaurant but they were ignorant and said it’s not their fault . The guys called Jan had a smirk thinking it was a joke even after I showed him how my husband is fighting for his life . Don’t buy food here . It came from being our favorite to our nightmare
I asked for 2 extra biscuits that they shorted me the week before. Only if they had my receipt, because it impacts inventory. I guess the inventory didn’t tell them they had 2 extra biscuits last week. What a sorry excuse for a business over a couple of biscuits! I didn’t place my order I wanted.
