Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe burgers here are undeniably the best. However, my wife and I recently dined there, and she ordered a two-piece cod dinner with broccoli soup as a side. I chose the butter burger deluxe combo with soup. I noticed that the staff automatically charges for a double burger without asking if you'd prefer a single. Our bill came to $32.50, which is surprising – we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for that price. We probably won't be returning.
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience at Culvers tonight. I understand it's the 4th of July and they were busy, with only the drive-thru open and cars continuously lining up. After waiting in line, we finally made it to the window and ended up waiting ten minutes for our concrete mixers. I had only ordered four concrete mixers, yet after that long wait, when we finally received them and drove away, they were all completely melted. They were practically drinkable. I get that it was a holiday and they were overwhelmed, but since we were parked at the window for ten minutes, we assumed our ice cream would still be in good shape, especially after paying $20 for it. I'm curious to know what happened during that time because it seemed like our order was just sitting there.
It's not bad, but my main concern is that it's way overpriced for fast food. Often, the fries are cold, and some staff at the drive-thru can be rude on certain days.
I am rarely disappointed with this Culver's. The food is always fresh and delicious as expected. The food is just as wonderful when going through the drive thru!
Worst meal I have ever had at any Culvers. Culvers needs to go back to lettuce mix for salad they use previously. Lettuce is bitter..hardly any cheese on it. Grilled Chicken was good. Very disappointing and potentially not return.
