Coco's Mexican Food - Pemberton

Great service and quick order. We had 7 of us order takeout was good overall. Prices were fair for the portion size. Would say it could be more flavorful overall with spices and meat marinades.

I dont think I've ever been more disappointed by food that I've paid money for.Dry unseasoned meat wrapped in an equally dry tortilla that has some lettuce sprinkled on top. On the side some lightly colored ? Yet still flavorless rice and unrinsed black beans slopped on top.The cheese was pretty tight.

We were in Whistler and drove to Pemberton on a whim. Seen the signs for Coco's and stopped for lunch. The place was clean and welcoming. Who would think that little Pemberton would have such a little gem. We had the enchiladas and tostadas. They both were excellent! The service was great! Make sure to stop when you are there. You will not be disappointed.

The food was okay. The counter service was good. The ambiance was not good {in a parking lot).I had beef enchiladas. The meat was tender and plentiful. The sauce was just okay. I think salsa was bottled.My wife a had beef burrito. The beef was tender, but it was bland, with too much rice and little flavour. The side salad was the best part.My daughter had a veggie burrito which was just okay. She got fries with it which were your basic frozen fries.I have eaten a lot of Mexican food and this was uninspired, but filling.

Ate lunch here and quite enjoyed the enchiladas I had. Very nice ladies working there and prices are reasonable! Lots of selection and gluten free options… the quesadilla also was good but looked a little bland from appearance. Indoor and outdoor seating.
