Today I had the Ling-Fisch (3 pieces) in a delicious batter, served with crispy hot chips. I have never had any issues here and believe some people just like to complain. Ice water is always available without having to ask, as well as complimentary tomato and tartar sauce. They also offer a senior discount. The staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Don't listen to the negative reviews, give it a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.
We found this restaurant online and decided to stop by in the afternoon. We met a woman who we assumed was the owner, but later found out she wasn't. She was very passionate about her job and provided excellent service throughout our dinner. We booked a table for 5:45pm as it can get busy. We ordered two fish and chip meals, which were a great deal. The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor seating options. Despite a constant flow of customers, the wait time was only 30 minutes, and the staff was friendly and honest about the wait. They provided exceptional service that is hard to come by. The hostess even gave us a senior discount without us asking. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful evening.
This is a great spot for a quick snack before catching your flight or after landing, as it is only a 5-minute drive from Hobart Airport. We stopped by for a late lunch and received friendly and attentive service. We tried the special Crustacean Platter which included 6 natural oysters, 6 prawns, half a lobster, 1 bug, and 1 sand crab for $75. The seafood was incredibly fresh and tasty. The dish came with fish and salad instead of the usual chips. The fish was well-cooked, but the portions were smaller compared to other fish and chip restaurants.
Tasmanic gourmet meeres fruit in cambridge, tasmania is a small non-description eating in or take them seafood restaraunt?(the, from outside, looks more like a pop-up almost food van with a attached nestl;ed in a backstreet by cam. However, once inside reveals a small but warm and cozy esserei with the greatest meeres nothing flash or imagination, just great eating and happy times. I have found that the fried food was always a little oily, but its food is crispy and moist without a hauch of oil. No warning as they do it. only below is that it closes at 7:00 o'clock
By all accounts this was the place to go for seafood. Fresh local seafood included frozen Queensland prawns, frozen bugs and lobster. Because they taste better we were told? When we arrived, we received very abrupt instructions to hurry up and decide if we were...eating in or taking away. We were then subject to this again being discussed with other workers who rolled their eyes at the “group who could not make Up their minds” we made up our minds very quickly following this. Coupled with the exorbitant prices for the frozen seafood. Easy decision really. Would not recommend.
