I love Wingstop and eat it often. However this location on mobile hwy is nothing but pathetic. I ordered my food at 10:15pm and it said order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. I even got there almost 30 minutes after I ordered because I know this location takes longer to get the food out, I was told they were still working on it and waited an additional 15 minutes. It was not busy and there was at least 6 people on shift which looks like plenty bc some people were standing around instead of helping the 1 employee push orders out. The manager of this location must be blind bc the moment you walk in you can tell no one cares about the guests. They purposefully ignore guests. No sense of urgency. No work ethic and slower than slow. And someone get the employees to buy a belt to hold their pants up. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Eat is always good and taste fresh. I get a mile disk, just have to ask. the personal could use better customer service label, but overall ok. is not used.

It's like you're literally never changing your fat fat fat. fries are always burned and you can say they are old.
