The Twelve Lounge - Peoria Heights

We waited 45 minutes for service and couldn't even grab a server's attention as they rushed by. It seemed that neither of the servers knew which table was theirs, and they mentioned that our first round of drinks would be complimentary. We ordered four drinks at once, explaining that we needed to leave as soon as we got them, but it took another 20 minutes to arrive. When the bill came, it included all four drinks. By that point, we were already running late and paid anyway. The service was terrible, the drinks were mediocre and overpriced, and the atmosphere in the lounge was cold. I expected much better.

I will NEVER go back! The female bartender took a $51 tip for herself after I only tipped her $1, which ended up putting my account in the negative. When I tried to reach out to the owner midway through the week, he was indifferent and said he would refund my money, but that never happened. Please, if you read this, be sure to NEVER TIP WITH YOUR CARD THERE!

I brought my boyfriend here during his visit, and we both absolutely loved it! The drinks were fantastic, and our server was incredible. Despite being extremely busy with a large birthday party, he remained attentive and friendly throughout our experience. Honestly, he was one of the best servers I've ever encountered!

Prices for foodand drinks are more than most restraunts even in the area. I wouldn't recommend it for good for vegetarians or vegans. There are only a couple of vegetarian options, and the veggie burger is $18 just for the burger. The atmosphere is awesome. Service depends on staffing and how busy they are. My most recent visit had pretty bad service

Unprofessional atmosphere. Drink menu was misleading. Got charged $48 for a whiskey pour because it was a 12 year although the menu didn 't specify that. All the other whiskeys had the year stated. Bartender was great but everything was horrible.
