I have had the privilege to dine at Fabio‘s Ristorante many times in the past year(right in my hometown). Each time I enjoyed a meal that I feel is made from the heart and soul of Chef Fabio. The freshness and boldness of Northern Italian cooking is prevalent in every entrée. The open kitchen atmosphere is reminiscent of my Italian family eating together during the holidays! Great neighborhood spot! Italian fare with appetizers to please all palates. Wood fired pizzas, housemade pasta dishes, and nightly specials are the entree offerings, all served hot and delicious. Our server Tina was AMAZING! Definitely make sure to request her! The food was delicious I just wish there was more simplicity. I got overwhelmed by the menu and specials at first.
