I have placed many orders online, and never had to worry about my order being right. I placed my order, and continued on working.Food was delivered, and I go to the kitchen, and I open the pizza box. It has pepperoni and some odd looking object in the pizza. It also, had a nasty smelling order. It had anchovies. I called and was trying to speak to Hailey. She said I wouldn't be able to get a replacement because it was on my receipt. I looked and yes it was on there, but who goes and look at the email receipt evertime! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANCHOVIES, especially because my mom will not touch anything with any SEAFOOD. I know, I didn't place the order with ANCHOVIES. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she was, and then I asked for the GM. She said sorry not in today. Okay, well her tone, and behavior is completely unexpected. The system added the anchovies I didn't. All I wanted was just a pizza without the anchovies. Customer service wasn't there!
This place can never seem to take my discover card. I don't go to this one that often because of this. I've complained about this several times and they seem to care.
Trying to find lost delivery some guys answers by yelling hold I wait for 6 mins for him to be rude as hell and completely unhelpful! Lost a customer.
The last two orders have been a total mess. I call the customer service number and complain and one order I never even received so you would think I would automatically get a refund but no. I was told in an email to call the store between 11-3 these certain days. What kind of BS is this. This is not customer service at all. The customer service number should be able to take care of all issues.
The manager was very inconspicuous and did not seem to hear. the supplier was very aggressive with regard to a top he believes he deserves. I felt very insecure about the driver and his wut and when she spoke to the manager regarding this matter, she simply said that “it was not good”. I was not taken seriously and this is very disappointing.
