Authentic Latino food at reasonable prices. Great bakery items as well. Love the steak onion. So much flavor and great rice refried beans.

The food was excellent, but that's the only positive aspect of my experience. They overcharge for everything—not just the meals. If you dine in and request a take-out container, it's an extra $1.00. If you choose to pay with a credit card, there’s an additional $1.50 fee. Want a plastic bag? That'll cost you 50 cents, too, and none of these charges were mentioned upfront. I noticed all this after closely reviewing my receipt, which also showed $12 for two Jaritos (drinks) that are usually priced at $3 each. You can find better Mexican cuisine at other places without the risk of being overcharged. All of these extra fees completely ruined my dinner. I plan to report this restaurant to the City of Perth Amboy; it's essential to address such practices because we, as residents, shouldn't have to deal with being taken advantage of at local businesses.
