Ihop - Petaluma

Where to start? I guess first was our waitress. She took our drink order but didn’t write anything down. When she came back with our drinks she told my friend that she didn’t remember their order so she guessed at what they ordered. When our food came out it was absolutely terrible, overcooked and already cold.when it came time to pay, our waitress dropped off our check but then disappeared. We could hear her talking and laughing in the back though, as she was very loud, so we knew she wasn’t busy with other customers. Overall a terrible experience and I would never go back! 0 stars is what this place deserves.

Fast food and very delicious. Hardly saw server but when we did he was nice and courteous.Parking: It is in corner of lot by lots of other businesses so not a lot of parking close by.Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair that could either fit an infant car seat or a sitting up child.

This is by far one of the best IHOP's we've been to. We continue to go back for that reason. The service is great, the food has good flavor, it comes out quick and hot.

We got our usual 2x2x2 and it was delicious. The pancakes are always good here. Service was excellent- we asked for strong, hot tea and our server didn't disappoint. The floor could use a good sweep, but the tables and chairs where we sat were clean.

Nice clean, shiny surroundings for breakfast. Good service. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices given the current price fashion.
