I am a regular customer and in the past had minor problems that were annoying but nothing to complain. I had absolutely enough with the poop service! The staff with the exception of 3 I have noticed who really care about there job is a cook another one cashier and your biggest employee I especially asked her name! She's a young manager called heaven! Best employee you have very well maintained and polite! 3 of my last 5 orders were a complete mess and with great regret something did not happen, or I am not reimbursed for the terrible service, I will leave all that I am in charge of the situation! I will do this until the notification to our local news papers! I am looking forward to hearing from you and what you can do to help with these persistent problems. Thank you.

What has more association with summer than D.Q.? Nice weather led my decision to go. I ordered chicken stripe basket and an original burger. Chicken was hard, burgers only warm not hot, the frits were good, hot and fresh. No sweet treats during this visit, only the warm eater.

Orders 4 pieces of chicken strips, only receive 3. Return and declares them I ordered 4, which confirms them by checking the previous orders. They took the box and gave me the box after a minute. I looked down at my table and saw that it was exactly the same 3 pieces of chicken strips. They told me they'd make me a fresh batch. Got my order, chicken strips were overcooked and received less pommes than what I was originally given.

Ordered the new chicken fry rings combo… did not get any rings… fries were good but chicken was cold even though we waited over 5 minutes for the food. Okay service, but disappointed that I paid for something and did not get it. Pop was missing carbonation as per usual with this location… I hate writing a bad review, but this is not the first time I’ve be been disappointed at this location..
