Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAdriana, our server, took our order right at our car and was incredibly polite, friendly, and efficient—truly wonderful service! Now, let’s talk about the food. The chicken tenders were simply fantastic—crispy on the outside, piping hot and juicy on the inside. While they weren’t the largest tenders I’ve encountered, their size indicated they were made from regular chickens, not those raised with growth hormones, which often leads to drier and less flavorful meat. We paired the tenders with their house dipping sauce, which was zesty and unique—not your typical aioli. The gravy was good, though it didn’t stand out as much. As for the sides, the okra was perfection—crispy and crunchy on the outside, with soft, fresh okra inside. It paired nicely with both the gravy and the dipping sauce. My wife's corn on the cob was irresistible, boasting a rich buttery aroma and a tender, sweet bite. They even included a sturdy wooden stick to help you grip the corn while enjoying every last bite. The soft rolls had that delightful yeasty chew that everyone loves, especially when dipped in the creamy white gravy. Now, a note on the tea: I made a mistake by expecting the usual watered-down, room temperature tea. However, here they served it strong and well-prepared. We ordered it with easy ice, and Adriana delivered it just as we asked. When we finally settled down to enjoy our meals, the tea was concentrated and refreshing—just like my mom used to make. Next time, I’ll remember to let the server add the right amount of ice for that perfect sip. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! However, I must admit that I fell in love with a Mexican lady who works there; I find her absolutely beautiful! ^___^
I have always had a great experience going to Bush's, from the friendly service to the great food.
Having grown up in the Waco area, I have been a longtime fan of Bush's chicken. I've been to numerous locations, and each time the experience was great. This was the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Bush's. Chicken was lukewarm and lacked the seasoning usually associated with Bush's. Fries were passable, only item that stood out was the coleslaw. To top it off, of the four young ladies working the register, only one did any consistent work taking orders and helping customers. My family won't be returning to this location.
Food tastes okay... this is my second order, got it home and the cup just snapped broken like this, what kind of quality is this??? ... terrible experience, not gonna visit again.
