One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. At the airport 5am, I asked for a empty cup even offered to pay for it so I could get water from the fountain for my 5yr daughter. Miss Nida advised me her company does not allow them to give or even sell empty cups while my daughter choked due to allergies. Yes I could’ve bought a bottle at a highway robbery price but I didn’t. The point is it’s a empty cup, I took a video that I’ll be sure to post all over social media. Oh she also said this company doesn’t hire managers and would not provide me a local or corporate number when I requested one.
Observation. I watched black TSA officer pat down a white lady who said she did not clear security scan. There were no indications there was an issue. This was Tuesday Sept 8th between the the hours of 2-4:30 pm. And I believe she said, oh do you have shape wear on, because that will set it off? What a joke. I would like for an apology to reach an elevator maintenance man, who was working Sunday 7/5, around 5:45. I was the crazy person in the hat who couldn’t find my car. Until you, I was met with unhelpful staff. You were the most helpful person there, yet I was abrupt and exasperated towards you. I apologize deeply.
I had an awesome time in this spot. We enjoyed the great environment and the menu. The waiters are very amiable. I’m happy we eventually decided to visit here.
