REVIEW FROM A REGULAR CUSTOMER.I’ve been a loyal customer for a very long time and have always enjoyed my brunches here but I’m deeply disappointed with my recent visit.Today I was just trying to get some coffee to go. At first the main issue was the quality of the coffee. It was truly terrible and I kindly let the staff know about it (I’m pointing out it was the first time when I did that). I was told that they would remake the drink to my satisfaction, but unfortunately I had to step away to take a call. At that time they didn’t even start remaking them, but in less than 2 minutes I received 2 new cups of coffee. I strongly suspect that they simply added caramel syrup to it, rather than making a fresh brew, cuz it has absolutely same bad taste as before just with more syrup. Just threw them away.I feel disrespected as a customer. I always appreciated the service and food at your business, but this incident has completely changed my perspective.As a result, I regret to say that I will be discontinuing my visits. It's disappointing that it has come to this, as I have visited the enjoyable brunches every week. Now I have to find another place to come. Moreover I will not recommend your business anymore to my friends and coworkers as I did before.The very last thing I’d like to say that Sasha is great and he really knows how to make a delicious and flavourful coffee and be nice to people. Sadly he wasn’t there this morning.

The food is delicious and respectful service. Highly recommended. Nice atmosphere.

I like this place, it's so beautiful inside, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, but the desserts are of terrible quality. I bought a chocolate mousse, and it was strange, the mousse cream was sour and watery. It doesn't look fresh. I'm so sad about this because I used to really like these desserts.

I guess I'm not the only one here! It used to be one of my fav places.. now it's just disgusting food. Everything not fresh ?that how I feel after. The service staff doesn't even try to understand or hear you anymore! Better to stay hungry than stop by this place for dessert you will receive a check that will definitely surprise you ;

The food is great but the more we come there the worse the service gets. The order always gets messed up, the drinks are only brought when the meals were finished.
