Oh my god health hazard much?? Got a steak bowl and the lady put the steel container IN THE RICE IN MY BOWL and to scrape like five pieces of steak out then passed it down the line. Five pieces of steak and she was shoving that container around in the rice. Politely asked for a different bowl and got completely ignored.

Horrible customer service!!! My first time visiting a chipotle in Philadelphia and never again. The person serving the food was literally throwing the food in my bowl just because. No manners at all. The guac had no onion, cilantro, or salt, extremely tasteless

Hadn't been here since 2016, and it was even better than I remembered. An entire team of people built this chicken bowl for me, I was in and out in just a few minutes. And what a heaping pile of a chicken bowl it was! A spoon of guacamole is $3 extra, but it's worth it. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Chipotle.

I love Chipotle; however, this is the worst location I have ever been to. It is always dirty, the employees are clearly checked out, and do not expect your online order to be ready when promised or correct. Choose any other location.

This place is so terrible. my friend ordered to eat at 19:30 a.m., and at 9:15 a.m., four shippers had canceled because it was not ready yet. you just have to tear and drill into a bowl. never eat here. there are still too many chipotles with terrible service. end them each in a time
