Jim's Steaks - Philadelphia

First time trying Philly cheesesteak and was very disappointed. Meat has no flavor and customer service terrible.

I drove an hour just to try this place out. I waited an hour in line to get the sanwdwich. I saw it popular all social media platforms. The guys weree very rude and the sandwich has no taste at all. Save your self some time and money and don’t go. Sorry but I do not recommend this place at all. Totally disappointed.

This was my first authenic cheese steak. I got with wiz and onions. It was amazing! The bread was perfect. Not much seating downstairs, but I believe there was more on a second level. It was clean. A very excellent downtown Philadelphia expirence. I'm definitely going back.

I really miss pre fire Jim's. I know you can't fault the place for new grills but you can definitely tell the old flavor is missing the art and new eating areas are dope though. I'll come back in a few years when the grills are seasoned because this has always been my favorite steak in Philly
