We never actually got to eating in the restaurant. When we checked into the Live Casino/Hotel, we asked if it would be possible to schedule a reservation for the prime rib restaurant. Isaiah at reception, made the reservation for us and assisted in letting him know it was my wife's birthday. We arrived at our 730 reservation time and receded quickly. My wife asked if we could go to a more secluded section of the restaurant, as we wished to be more romantic setting. The hostess place us in a section where we were the only people at a table. Upon our server greeting us, she advised that the table we were at was too large for our two person group, and that she needed to relocate us to another table in a different section of the restaurant because they left the table we were seated at for larger groups. We asked if we could stay there as the hostess had already seated us, and she said she would need to speak to her manager. While she was away, another server came to our table and told us that he needed to relocate us to a different section of the restaurants because the section we were in was closed. while I would've understood that if the first server had of said it, she chose to lie and say that the table was for a larger group. I found that to be completely distasteful, and my wife and I left the restaurant. after we left, the restaurant manager called my cell phone to ask what she could do to rectify the situation. I advised her that we were lied to, and I no longer wished to dine there and we're moving on to an outside location for dinner. if they lied about something as simple as our seating, we could not trust them with our meal. Honesty is essential in customer service.
Went for breakfast with a group three of us ordered french toast and all three of us got cold French toast and sent it back. Within 2 minutes we all received a new plate of slightly warmer French toast. Very easy to tell they premade the meal and left it in a warmer. If you want to act like a high priced restaurant then you need to serve food like one.
First off we waited over an hour for our food to come out it was DISGUSTING! I ordered a ribeye medium well, they gave me a strip medium. They argued me down saying it was a ribeye. If I was a different color they would have CORRECTED my order. That steak was THICK, I do not like thick steaks so I always order a ribeye. I refused to eat the steak so the manager decided to make me cut into the steak to prove it wasn’t a New York strip. Just for him to walk off. He knew it was a New York strip if you ran out of ribeyes just say that. The steaks were cooked with no seasoning not even salt! The Mac and cheese was DRY! I seen pics on reviews and they were creamy, not out! The drinks were sweet it tasted like a popsicle. I felt like we wasted $1300 on nothing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Attached are the steaks compared . The steak was a rib eye and the bottom was “a ribeye” but clearly is a New York strip. Also that horrible Mac and cheese. This place shouldn’t be called a fine dining experience AT ALL!!
Special of the night 8oz filet mignon and lobster tail. Additional charged $50 for a small 4” lobster tail... total cost at $115 That's price gouging. everything else was great!! excellent attentive servers!
Always excellent! This was a birthday dinner, and did not disappoint. The ravioli and goat cheese/ mushrooms tart were so good. My go to is the 16 oz rib eye, done medium rare with the wedge salad. Service and hostess always top of the line. We enter feel rushed and it was packed last evening. Kudos to Chef Justin.
