I ordered the brisket plate for $17 and it came with two pieces of meat that one of the cuts was super fat. the mac and the cheese were dirty and not hot, decent. the hornbrot was actually quite good. would bring back the side. I felt that I went early enough on the day that they had inventory on the ripening, but I guess I missed the lunch break and they smoke more for the espionage. small room in the inner when you assume to eat outside. for the price and the part I got there is a lot of other options in the environment for the dollar they spend. I'll give them another shot for their ribs.
We were in the opposite for an event and we are looking for a place to eat. we came by chance over the barbecue boys. the place is tiny, with only two tables. we are not for Google cards that lead us to the parking lot where they ate, we never have a hint that it was there. it was almost 100 degrees outside, and there was no alternating current in the inner ones that almost led us out. but we were hungry, so we stayed with little confidence in the food we had ordered. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and two others got the chicken sandwich. $9 seemed expensive for just a sandwich, but they were a cup size and absolutely delicious! from the first piece we were thrilled. a friend ordered pommes, and they were also quite a big part. the young man in the register was very nice, like another man we had assumed was the manager or owner. in any case glad we stopped and stayed. more drinks in the cooler-preferably koks and not pepsi, and get a climate system or at least good fans-and this is a 5-star-stop.
Order food via door bag and I could not be more satisfied. I ordered the pulled pork plate with crooked green and mac and cheese and white meat smoked, which was with maisbrot and cole slav. only if everything was super tasteful and delicious. her diving sauce for the meat was the right amount of sweet and spicy. her maisbrot could be eaten from herself to dessert. it was sweet and was the perfect combination for the hearty meat. I bring them back to a definitiw and recommend this place to everyone.
It was “okay”. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. I ordered the Brisket Platter for $17 and it came with two pieces of meat, which one of the cuts was super fatty. The mac and cheese was bland and not pipping hot, decent. The cornbread was actually pretty good. Would get that side again. I felt I went early enough in the day that they should of had inventory on the ribs but I guess i missed the lunch rush and they were smoking more for the dinner rush. Small place inside so if you go expect to eat outside. For the price point and the portion I got there are a lot of other options around the area for the dollar you spend. I’ll give them another shot for their ribs.
These ribs are wildly underpriced. Get a rack while you canwith inflation these should be $40 . Maybe because in the Easton , Phillipsburg area, no disrespect but maybe in the $30range is fair for them to run a business.
